Clinical Trial Spotlight

START Trial
The START trial is testing an experimental therapy known as Thymoglobulin to determine whether it can halt the progression of type 1 diabetes in newly diagnosed individuals.

The study is taking place at 8 clinical centers in the U.S. and is seeking individuals between the ages of 12-30 who have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the past 6 weeks.
